Dr. Jennifer Pauldurai is a board-certified neurologist and board-eligible neuropsychiatrist at Inova Health System. She specializes in memory disorders, dementia syndromes, and the intersection of brain health and mental well-being. Trained at Cleveland Clinic’s Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, Dr. Pauldurai takes an integrative, compassionate approach — combining medical care with lifestyle strategies such as nutrition, sleep, cognitive activity, and emotional health. She is passionate about helping older adults continue living meaningful, fulfilling lives, even as their thinking and memory change.
